A fun fusible applique design that can be stitched by hand or machine. Display your finished applique in a frame, make it onto a cushion or as part of a quilt.
Size
Applique design is 36 cm (14”) tall and will fit into a 30 cm x 40 cm (12” x 16”) frame or will make a 45 cm (18”) cushion.
 
Requirements
50 cm (20”) square for the background, we used a linen and cotton blend fabric.
Different coloured fabric scraps for the applique.
50 cm (1/2 yard) of fusible web to apply the shapes onto the background fabric.
Your choice of thread to stitch around the edge of the applique shapes.
Optional 30 cm x 40 cm (12” x 16”) picture frame.
