In this tutorial:
The Churn Dash and Ohio Star blocks are joined together using a QAYG technique that does not require sashing. This method is ideal for patchwork quilts where the blocks sit edge to edge, without the interruption of a sashing.
We also take the quilting up a notch with some simple continuous straight-line quilting that anyone can achieve with their walking foot attached. The quilting is easy and manageable because with quilt as you go, you are working in small sections!

I’ve never done this before, I think that it could be tricky.
Hi Monica, This is a question re this week's course, but the comment section for it is turned off? You say to pick the centre colour from course 1 as the first fabric, but there is insufficient fabric left over to cut 4 x 3 3/4"? I've double checked that I cut course 1 pieces in the correct direction so, what have I done wrong?
Can this method be used to join hexagonal blocks? I'm wondering how the 3 seams would join together at the junction each hexagon
